Built for a 13-week contract
Shorter than any lease, longer than any hotel. An 8, 13 or 26-week contract fits without penalty.
Contract extended? So does the housing — same home, same monthly rate, when availability allows.
Furniture, power, water, trash and Wi-Fi in a single figure you can set against your stipend.
Pay yourself, or we invoice your agency. W-9 and the paperwork their file needs.
Where we place
Working somewhere not listed? Tell us the address and we source against it.
The Live Light Standard
Bed made, kitchen stocked, a real desk. Arrive with a suitcase after a cross-country drive.
Scrubs don't wait for a shared laundry room. Confirmed in writing per home.
Covered parking where available — it matters coming off a 7pm–7am.
Plenty of clinicians travel with one. Tell us and we'll match you to a home that takes them.
If you're a recruiter or agency placing clinicians in Phoenix, send the roster once — start dates, facilities and how many. We'll come back with options per person and invoice you directly, not each traveller separately.
Travellers ask
Yes — that's the whole point. Our minimum is 31 nights and we write terms to match the contract, so 8, 13 or 26 weeks all work without a lease penalty.
Tell us as early as you can and we'll extend the same home at the same monthly rate where availability allows. We treat it as the same agreement, not a new one.
It happens, and we'd rather talk about it honestly than bury it. Early-exit terms are written into your lease and you'll read them before signing — ask us directly how yours reads before you commit.
Yes. Tell us who's paying and we'll work with their process — W-9, COI and a standard invoice format are ready on request.
We quote one monthly number with utilities and Wi-Fi inside it, so you can compare it against your stipend directly. How a stipend is treated for tax is between you, your agency and your accountant — we don't advise on it.
No. Arizona treats stays of 29 days or less as transient lodging, taxed on top of the rate. At 30 consecutive nights or more that classification falls away, and we write every term at 31 nights.
Many homes allow it. Tell us about your pet when you enquire and we'll match you to one that does, with whatever deposit that home requires.
Same business day on a weekday if you send it before 4pm Arizona time, and always within one business day. If it's urgent, text (650) 823-9419 — that reaches a person, not a queue.
One business day, a real person
Facility and start date is enough to begin. The more you give us, the closer the first set of options will be.
