Furnished & corporate housing
Turnkey furnished homes from Old Town to North Scottsdale — close to Mayo Clinic, HonorHealth, the Airpark and Kierland's corporate offices. Stays from 31 days to a year.
Furnished housing in Scottsdale
Scottsdale draws a particular kind of stay: clinicians on assignment at Mayo Clinic Hospital and the HonorHealth campuses, executives working out of Kierland and the Scottsdale Airpark, and snowbirds who come down for the winter and spring-training season. It's a city where people want to be comfortable while they work, and where the difference between Old Town, South Scottsdale and the North Scottsdale corridor genuinely matters.
We place furnished, move-in-ready homes across all three, matched to where you'll actually spend your days. Whether that's a short walk to Osborn, a quick run up the 101 to Mayo, or the Airpark and Kierland offices, everything is set up before you land — furniture, kitchen, linens, utilities and Wi-Fi included.
Who we house
Mayo Clinic Hospital and HonorHealth Shea anchor the north side and run steady clinical and research assignments. We keep furnished homes within a short drive of both.
The Osborn campus sits in the heart of Old Town — walkable furnished stays for travel nurses and visiting staff who'd rather not drive to a shift.
The Scottsdale Airpark and Kierland's corporate offices bring in consultants, project teams and relocating executives on multi-month assignments.
Scottsdale Stadium, Salt River Fields and the winter sun fill the city from January through March — a long-stay season we plan furnished inventory around.
Where we source
Walkable to Osborn, restaurants and the stadium; the classic Scottsdale base for a shorter, central stay.
Closest to Mayo Clinic, HonorHealth Shea, the Airpark and Kierland — the right side of town for the north-corridor employers.
A lower basis than Old Town with the same easy access to Tempe, ASU and the 101.

Getting around
Loop 101 runs the length of Scottsdale, so North Scottsdale, the Airpark and Old Town all connect quickly, and Sky Harbor is about twenty minutes from most of the city. Scottsdale Airport (SDL) handles private and regional traffic for Airpark business.

Good to know
Yes. North Scottsdale and the Shea corridor are a core sourcing area for us, so clinicians and researchers on assignment at Mayo Clinic Hospital or HonorHealth Shea can keep the commute short.
Absolutely — our stays run from 31 days to 12 months, which covers a full winter-into-spring season in Scottsdale, and we plan inventory around the January-to-March demand.
Old Town is walkable and central — best if you're near Osborn or want to be in the middle of the dining and stadium district. North Scottsdale puts you closest to Mayo, HonorHealth Shea, the Airpark and Kierland. Tell us where you'll be and we'll match the area.
Rates are quoted as a single monthly figure covering rent, furniture, a stocked kitchen, linens, utilities and Wi-Fi — no separate furniture-rental or setup fees. What you pay depends on the size of the home, how central it is and the season. Scottsdale runs premium, and January-to-March winter season is the tightest and priciest window — book early. Send your dates and requirements and we'll come back within the hour.
