Engineers, contractors & cleared personnel
Furnished housing near the base or program — built around a rotation or a contract, not a 12-month lease. Utilities and Wi-Fi included, 31-day minimum, extensions when the assignment extends.

Built for a rotation or a contract
A TDY, a rotation or a multi-year program — any term from a month up fits without a lease penalty.
Orders extended? So does the housing — same home, same monthly rate, when availability allows.
Furniture, power, water, trash and Wi-Fi in a single figure you can set against per-diem or a housing allowance.
Pay yourself, or we invoice the prime or your employer. W-9, COI and the paperwork their contracts team needs.
Where we place
Reporting somewhere not listed? Tell us the base or facility and we source the closest homes against it.
The Live Light Standard
Bed made, kitchen stocked, a real desk. Arrive with a bag and be settled before you report.
Residential homes a short drive from the gate, with the blackout bedrooms and laundry a shift schedule needs.
Covered and off-street parking where available. Confirmed in writing per home.
One contractor or a whole program team — we can place several people near the same site and bill it together.
If you are a prime or sub moving engineers and contractors onto an Arizona program, send the roster once — start dates, the site and headcount. We come back with options per person and invoice you directly, not each person separately.
Contractors ask
Yes. Our minimum is 31 nights and we write terms to match the orders, so a one-month TDY or a multi-year program both work without a lease penalty.
Tell us as early as you can and we extend the same home at the same monthly rate where availability allows. We treat it as the same agreement, not a new one.
Yes. Tell us who is paying and we work with their process — W-9, COI and a standard invoice format are ready on request.
We quote one monthly number with utilities and Wi-Fi inside it, so you can set it directly against your allowance. How an allowance is treated is between you, your employer and your accountant.
Yes. Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the monthly price and connected before you arrive — no accounts to open and no separate bills.
No. Arizona treats stays of 29 days or less as transient lodging, taxed on top of the rate. At 30 consecutive nights or more that classification falls away, and we write every term at 31 nights.
Same business day on a weekday if you send it before 4pm Arizona time, and always within one business day. If it is urgent, text (650) 823-9419 — that reaches a person, not a queue.
One business day, a real person
Your base or facility and report date is enough to begin. The more you give us, the closer the first set of options will be.
